Tinned Vegetables (Peas, Carrots, Etc.)
Pulses (Kidney Beans, Chick Peas, Etc.)
Meat Soup (Chicken, Oxtail, Etc.)
Tinned Fish
Coffee
Tinned Tomatoes/pasta Sauce
Sponge Puddings
Instant Mash

Sparkhill Food Bank currently doesn't need anymore of these items: Pasta, Rice, Tea, Cereal/porridge Oats, Baked Beans, Vegetable Soup, Toilet Roll, Sanitary Towels/adult Incontinence Pads.
