The provision of help,support,emergency food,debt advice,internet acces and friendship to socially excluded and disadvantaged adults in the City of Lancaster by the operation of a support centre and a food bank in the city centre that offers open access to all. The support centre is manned by volunteers and a part time project manager and open 4 days each week and at other times by appointment.
