Breakfast Cereal
Jam
Toiletries Such As Toothpaste, Shampoo, Deodorant, Sanitary Towels & Tampons
Cleaning Products Such As Bleach, Cleaning Sprays And Washing Up Liquid

They don't need anymore Pasta, Beans, Rice, Noodles.
